Your travel experience starts with a 30 minute conversation with our team where we will learn about who you are and what you love. Be prepared to answer:

Planning Stage
This is where we get to work! We'll leverage our relationships, coordinate with our suppliers, plan your activities and accommodations, and present you with at least two amazing itinerary proposals that meet your wants and needs.

We typically deliver your trip proposal in approximately 2-5 business days after our initial consultation, depending on your trip type.

Once we deliver your trip options, we can make adjustments and help you hone in on the right trip for you and your travel party.

We will also present you with safety protocols, travel insurance options, as well as a payment plan.

Booking
Once we receive your booking approval, we'll need your payment information to move forward with locking in your rates for airfare, hotels, park tickets and any other expenditures we've discussed.

Please note that pricing is not secure until booked.

Occasionally, pricing may change from the time we present your trip options until the time you book your trip. We will make adjustments as needed and communicate openly about any additional costs and/or price changes.

We are NOT responsible for your travel documents such as passports, visas, and any other documents required by the countries you will be visiting.

In the time leading up to your trip, we'll stay in contact with you to plan your final details.

We will keep you posted on any supplier promotions, itinerary changes or requirements by the countries you'll be visiting.

We will plan and book dining options, excursions, special experiences, etc.

You can expect packing lists and a few travel tips before your departure!
