Annie’s passion for travel arose in 2010 when she completed her student teaching abroad for three months in New Zealand. When Annie’s dad died suddenly in 2015, she realized how short and precious life can be and took a year off from teaching to travel around the US and Canadian National Parks in a truck camper with her husband. Since then she has traveled to the Caribbean multiple times on cruises, explored the cenotes and Mayan ruins of Riviera Maya Mexico, and snorkeled the reef at Virgin Islands National Park on the island of St. John. As a huge Star Wars, Marvel, and Harry Potter fan, Annie has visited Universal Studios and Disney World multiple times (once even during the pandemic!).

Annie has done it all from chasing waterfalls and aurora borealis in Iceland to hiking to active lava flows and kayaking with dolphins in Hawaii. Recently she and her husband Luke spent two weeks in the rainforests of Costa Rica searching for sloths and tropical birds in the wild and relaxing in natural hot springs. With all her travel experience and professional background as a middle and high school teacher, Annie is ready and willing to help you plan your next great adventure, whatever it may be!
